The devices, including pagers and hand-held radios, were detonated by sending electronic messages to them. Lebanon's UN mission has accused Israel of being responsible for the planning and execution of the attacks. The Security Council is set to meet on Friday to discuss the blasts, which killed 37 people and injured around 3,000.
