Celebrity chef Michael Solomonov and his longtime collaborator Steven Cook have released their third cookbook, 'Zahav Home,' which features 125 recipes with Israeli and/or Jewish roots. The book aims to simplify Israeli classics for home cooks and includes dishes such as Eastern European matzo ball soup and Moroccan harira. Solomonov and Cook shot the pictures for the book in Solomonov's Philadelphia house, where they cooked all the recipes from scratch. Despite facing protests and calls for boycotts, the duo's restaurants have seen increased support from customers since the recent conflict in Israel.
