Pager, walkie-talkie explosions took 1,500 fighters out of action - Hezbollah source

The explosion of communication devices belonging to Hezbollah in Lebanon has taken 1,500 fighters out of action due to injuries, according to a Hezbollah official. However, this represents only a fraction of the group's overall strength, which is estimated to be between 40,000 and 50,000 fighters. Despite the recent attacks and airstrikes by Israel, Hezbollah's flexible chain of command, extensive tunnel network, and vast arsenal of missiles and weapons have helped it withstand the assault. The group has swiftly appointed replacements for senior figures killed in recent airstrikes and continues to bring in rockets and weapons to prepare for a prolonged conflict.
