The UN Security Council must reform to 'reflect the realities of the modern world' and be equipped to deal with current and future challenges, according to Kuwait's crown prince. He stressed the importance of innovative and collective solutions from key international institutions, including the UN, to address global challenges such as conflicts, inequality, and financial instability. Kuwait believes strongly in making the UNSC more representative and democratic. The crown prince also praised Saudi Arabia for its role in alleviating humanitarian crises in Syria, Libya, and Yemen, and its support for the UN-recognized government in Yemen.
