Iran's parliament speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf stated that militant groups will continue to confront Israel with Tehran's support after the killing of Hezbollah chief Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. The Axis of Resistance, which includes Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, and Shiite armed groups, has been built up over decades with Iranian backing. Qalibaf warned the United States of the consequences of their actions. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi stated that Israel's actions will not go unanswered and that the region is in a dangerous situation.
