Israeli police officer First Sgt. Adir Kadosh was killed in a shooting attack on Highway 4. The attacker, Muhammed Dardounah, was later shot and killed by an armed civilian. Kadosh, who joined the police in 2013, is survived by his family and fiancé. The civilian who neutralized the attacker praised the reform allowing citizens to carry weapons.
