Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu ordered the number of aid trucks entering Gaza be increased to 250 a day, following the US threat to withhold some arms shipments from Israel if it doesn't address the humanitarian situation in the enclave. Ministers are expected to deliberate whether to enlist a private security contractor to distribute humanitarian assistance in the Gaza Strip.
