Israeli strikes said to hit branches of Hezbollah-linked bank in Beirut, Beqaa Valley

Israeli strikes have hit branches of the Hezbollah-linked Al-Qard Al-Hassan financial association in Beirut and the Beqaa Valley. The Israeli military accused the quasi-bank of financing the Iran-backed terror group's operations. Strikes targeted the association in Beirut's southern suburbs, near the country's only commercial airport, as well as in Hermel, Riyaq, and Baalbek in the Beqaa Valley. Commercial planes were still seen flying past clouds of smoke at the airport, which appeared to be operating as usual.
