Israel says 237 aid trucks entered north Gaza in past 9 days, ending 2-week blockage

The Israeli military body in charge of aid distribution in the Palestinian territories said that over 230 aid trucks have entered northern Gaza in the past nine days, following pressure from the US to increase humanitarian assistance. The UN has urged Israel to consider implementing a humanitarian pause in its offensive against Hamas in northern Gaza, as hospitals are running out of supplies to treat the injured. The Biden administration warned Israel that it had 30 days to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza or risk the continued supply of offensive weapons. The IDF denied implementing the controversial 'General's Plan' to seal off aid to northern Gaza.
