United Nations peacekeepers report that Israeli soldiers fired at one of their observation posts in south Lebanon. The security situation in the area is described as 'extremely challenging' due to unidentified attacks. UNIFIL also reported incidents of unidentified fire impacting their positions, teams, and vehicles. Clashes, rocket fire from Lebanon, and air and artillery strikes from Israel have been observed since early October. The Israeli military has demanded that UNIFIL vacate its positions and has damaged equipment at some positions. Two Indonesian peacekeepers who were wounded in an Israeli tank fire incident have returned to duty after spending three days in intensive care.
