ICC replaces judge on panel set to rule on arrest warrants for Israeli leaders

The International Criminal Court is replacing one of the three justices in the pre-trial chamber that will decide on arrest warrants for Israeli leaders accused of war crimes in Gaza. Judge Iulia Motoc of Romania has asked to be excused due to medical reasons and will be replaced by Justice Beti Hohler of Slovenia. This change is expected to cause a delay in the decision on the warrants.
