Anthony Pratt, Australia's fourth-richest person, has officially relocated to the US after being awarded the honorary title of Colonel in Kentucky. Pratt, a billionaire cardboard box magnate, has begun using the honorific on his social media and Wikipedia entry. The title was given to him by the Democratic Governor of Kentucky, Andy Beshear, after Pratt invested $1 billion in a new recycled paper mill in the state. Pratt has built a significant business footprint in the US since the 1990s, investing in 70 factories and creating 12,000 jobs. He will remain Chairman of Visy Australia and return to Australia regularly.
