These ATACMS weapons are reliant on American military satellites, and require logistical support the Ukrainians can't provide. It has also emerged that Biden, in the dying days of his presidency, has agreed to give Ukraine anti-personnel mines in an attempt to slow down Russian troops advancing in the east of the country. Yesterday's report that British-supplied Storm Shadow long-range missiles have been used by Ukraine in Russia for the first time - presumably with the agreement of the British Government - only increases my sense of dread.
