An Israeli-Moldovan dual citizen living in the United Arab Emirates has gone missing, according to the Israeli prime minister's office. The person, identified as Zvi Kogan, is believed to be involved in a 'terrorist incident'. Kogan is an envoy of Chabad, an Orthodox Jewish organization that focuses on community events and interaction with non-affiliated and secular Jews. The UAE foreign ministry has not yet commented on the situation.
