Warrants of ICC are binding, Borrell says

The ICC issued the warrants for alleged crimes against humanity. Some EU states have expressed willingness to meet their commitments under the statute, while Hungary has invited Netanyahu to visit without risks. The US rejected the ICC's decision and Israel called it antisemitic. Turkiye's President Erdogan praised the ICC's decision and urged Western countries to keep their promises on law, justice, and human rights.
