The High Court of Justice recently ruled that the National Security Ministry under Ben Gvir had issued firearms permits without authority. Baharav-Miara previously urged Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to reevaluate Ben Gvir's tenure due to his intervention in police matters and politicization of promotions.
