The world's chemical watchdog expresses serious concern over large gaps in Syria's declaration about its chemical weapons stockpile, suggesting the involvement of potentially banned warfare agents. Syria agreed to join the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons in 2013, but the chemical weapons dossier remains unresolved.
