An Israeli-American hacker who served time in an Israeli prison for bomb threats against Jewish Community Centers in the US has been detained in Norway on a US extradition request. The hacker, who made thousands of threatening calls using an online calling service, was released on parole last week and travelled to Norway to submit an asylum claim. However, Norwegian authorities rejected the claim and detained him on the extradition charge. He remains in custody until his next hearing.
