A pro-Palestinian group in Belgium has filed a complaint against Israel's new military attaché in Brussels, accusing him of war crimes. The Hind Rajab Foundation claims that Col. Moshe Tetro was responsible for implementing a policy of starvation in Gaza. The organization has also referred Tetro to the International Criminal Court. Israel denies the accusations and says shortages in Gaza are due to the inability of international organizations to distribute aid and looting by Hamas and armed gangs.
