Israel's El Al has extended the suspension of its flights from Tel Aviv to Moscow until the end of March, following developments in Russia's airspace. The decision comes after Azeri officials claimed that a passenger jet that crashed in Kazakhstan had been downed by Russian air defenses. El Al will allow passengers with canceled tickets to change their flight to any European destination at no extra cost. Other airlines, including flydubai, Qazaq Air, and Azerbaijan Airlines, have also suspended or reduced their routes to Russia.
