A 63-year-old daycare worker in Jerusalem has been indicted on 12 counts of aggravated assault for allegedly abusing toddlers aged 18 months to two years. The abuse took place on the same day in June last year, with the first incident involving the worker hitting a baby on the head. The indictment listed 12 cases of abuse, including dragging and slamming babies face down on mattresses. The injuries resulting from the attacks were not specified. In a separate case, three women were arrested in Tel Aviv on suspicion of abusing children at a kindergarten.
