Likud MK Tally Gotliv has defied summons for police questioning for a second time, citing parliamentary immunity. Deputy State Prosecutor Alon Altman sent her a letter stating that she had no immunity from criminal investigations and requesting her presence. Altman emphasized that the Immunity Law does not grant immunity from appearing for a criminal investigation. Gotliv responded defiantly, stating that she cannot be prosecuted or detained for questioning. She was originally summoned for questioning in December over social media posts revealing a protest leader's partner's affiliation with the Shin Bet security service.
