L'Etape Dubai by Tour de France has announced details of its Middle East debut in Dubai, including two cycling routes and a fan zone at Expo Village Park. The event, supported by Skoda and Dubai Sports Council, will take place on Feb 1-2, with the longer 101km route and the less demanding 50km option both offering views of Dubai's skyline and surrounding desert landscapes. Participants can also test their sprint skills and endurance in designated sections along the route. The event will conclude with an awards ceremony. The Expo Village Park will host a Tour de France Village, a 20km Family Ride and Kids Race, and a Tour de France Museum.
