Saudi Arabia's low-cost carrier, flyadeal, has joined the International Air Transport Association (IATA), supporting the Kingdom's aviation sector and its global expansion. The airline recently earned IATA's Operational Safety Audit certification, the highest safety accreditation in the industry. Saudi Arabia aims to accommodate 330 million passengers by 2030 and transport 4.5 million tonnes of air cargo. flyadeal plans to carry over 75,000 pilgrims on dedicated international charters during this year's Hajj season and expand its network over the next 12 months.
