Former Palestinian militant commander Zakaria Zubeidi blames Western countries, including the US, UK, and France, for the Israeli occupation of the West Bank. Zubeidi, who was released by Israel as part of the Gaza ceasefire, called on these countries to rectify the harm they have caused to him and his children. He expressed his belief in a resistance that will lead to freedom and stated that the international community has allowed Israel's occupation to continue. Zubeidi received a hero's welcome upon his arrival in Ramallah and has been banned from returning to Jenin.
