Military prosecutors have filed an indictment against a Palestinian accused of carrying out a deadly shooting attack in the West Bank 17 years ago. Ali Dandis, along with his friends Omar Taha and Basel al-Natsha, planned and executed the 2007 Nahal Telem shooting, resulting in the deaths of two off-duty Israeli soldiers. Dandis was recently detained and now faces charges for his involvement in the attack.
