Israel will release 602 Palestinian prisoners tomorrow as part of a hostage release-ceasefire deal with Hamas, according to the Palestinian Prisoners' Club. The prisoners include those arrested after Hamas's October 7 attack, individuals serving long and life sentences, and those re-arrested after a 2011 exchange for captive IDF soldier Gilad Shalit. Seven prisoners who were set to be released outside of Israel's borders chose to remain in prison and were replaced with others from the eligible list.
