Beirut is preparing for the funeral of Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah, with large crowds expected to attend. Roads into the city have been congested with Hezbollah supporters traveling from south Lebanon and the Bekaa Valley. The funeral will take place at Camille Chamoun Sports City Stadium, with a capacity of around 50,000. Extra seats have been installed on the pitch and outside the stadium for mourners. Security measures include 25,000 stewards and 4,000 troops and security personnel. Top Lebanese officials and representatives from Iran and Iraq are expected to attend. A single flight from Tehran has been given permission to land, and Beirut airport will close temporarily.
