Indonesia has launched a campaign to raise $200 million in humanitarian aid for Palestinians, with the support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The campaign, called 'Indonesia for Palestine: Solidarity, Real Action and New Hope,' aims to support the rebuilding of Gaza and is organized by various NGOs. The Indonesian government and people see Palestinian statehood as mandated by their constitution and a religious obligation. The campaign will comprise various programs, including emergency aid during the ceasefire period and assistance for the reconstruction of Gaza.
