An anti-government protest group is urging civil disobedience in Jerusalem starting on Sunday to protest the delay in negotiating the second phase of the Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal. The group, Shift 101, has been registering volunteers and holding tutorials on nonviolent disobedience tactics since November. They are calling for a 'command day' in Jerusalem when hostage families give the signal.
