He stated that political stability and a roadmap are required for significant investments to be made. Arab states are considering a post-war plan for Gaza to counter President Trump's proposal, which has angered regional leaders. Gargash also suggested that Trump's proposal was intentionally provocative to prompt Arab states to develop their own plan.
