A resident of Holon has been indicted for transporting a terrorist who placed bombs on buses in Holon and Bat Yam last month. The defendant admitted to transporting the terrorist but claimed he did not know about his involvement in terrorist activity. The judge released the defendant to house arrest as there was no evidence that he knew he was transporting a terrorist. The terrorists responsible for the bombings have not been apprehended.
