Seventy percent of Israelis believe they will not be able to cope with an employment crisis, according to a study by non-profit organization Be'Atzmi. The study also found that 74% of young people under 34 are in a constant state of searching for a new job, indicating a lack of security and dissatisfaction. The overall resilience of Israelis obtained a low score of 5.7 out of 10, reflecting the complex challenges facing the future employment market. Additionally, 59% of the public believed they will struggle to find work at the same level as their current job, and 74% see no possibility of promotion or change in their workplace.
