The U.S. has agreed to resume military aid to Ukraine following meetings in Saudi Arabia. The two countries also discussed a 30-day cease-fire proposal with Russia, as well as the development of Ukraine's mineral resources and humanitarian relief efforts. President Trump expressed hope for a lasting cease-fire and plans to speak with Russia's leader, Vladimir Putin. Secretary of State Marco Rubio stated that the agreement puts pressure on Russia to end the war.
