Mobile commerce dominates, accounting for over 90 percent of e-commerce transactions during Ramadan, while social commerce via WhatsApp, Instagram, and TikTok drives 30 percent of online sales. Brands are focusing on AI-driven customer retention strategies, logistics optimization, and supply-chain transparency to meet the demands of the tech-savvy and culturally rich demographic.
