Oil prices rose after the US vowed to continue attacking Yemen's Houthis until they end their assaults on shipping. Brent futures rose 0.7 percent to $71.06 a barrel, while US West Texas Intermediate crude futures rose 0.7 percent to $67.65 a barrel. Houthi attacks on shipping in the Red Sea have disrupted global commerce and led to a costly campaign by the US military. Oil prices had previously fallen due to concerns over a global economic slowdown and escalating trade tensions.
