Police say 16th smuggled monkey found in south

Police have rescued another monkey from a Bedouin village in the Negev as part of an investigation into an animal trafficking ring. The monkey was found in an open area and has been transferred for treatment. Some of the animals rescued have been in poor health, likely due to abuse in captivity. In total, 16 monkeys and four lions have been rescued as part of the ongoing investigation.
