Hostages' families fume as meeting on Gaza delayed so cabinet can vote on Bar's ouster

Relatives of hostages held in Gaza are angry over the government's decision to delay a meeting on the Gaza war in order to discuss the firing of Shin Bet chief Ronen Bar. The families accused Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of ignoring them and putting their loved ones at risk. The meeting on Gaza, initially scheduled for Thursday night, will be pushed off until Saturday evening. Israel resumed fighting against Hamas on Tuesday, and Hamas fired three long-range missiles at Israel on Thursday. Hostage families and those freed have protested against the resumption of the war, arguing that it puts the remaining hostages in danger.
