The Israeli Tax Authority (ITA) has expanded the information they want from Israeli residents about shareholdings in foreign companies and partnerships on Tax Form 150. The new form has 49 questions and 29 detailed footnotes, making it difficult to understand. The form requires details of entire groups of foreign companies and is required from anyone who held any rights in a foreign resident entity. The form also requires information about special professions and is time-consuming to fill out. The ITA plans to make Form 150 an online form in the future.
