Former Israeli hostage Yarden Bibas has called on US President Donald Trump to help end the war in Gaza and rescue the remaining captives. Bibas, who was released from the Gaza Strip in February, stated that Israel's resumption of military operations would not aid in freeing the hostages. He believes that Trump is the only one who can stop the war. Bibas and his family were abducted by Palestinian militants in 2023 and his wife and children were killed while in captivity.
