The Anti-Defamation League (ADL) has upgraded the grades of 19 US colleges in their response to antisemitism, as some schools have implemented new policies to improve their scores. The ADL's report cards, now in their second year, have been controversial among Jewish students for their rubrics that critics argue fail to consider the totality of Jewish student life. However, many schools are engaging with the ADL on their grades, with 84% of all colleges graded participating. The new policies implemented by some schools include forming committees on antisemitism, implementing bans on masked protests, launching Jewish alumni groups, and incorporating antisemitism into anti-discrimination training and policies.
