Sofie Berzon Mackie, the art gallery director and curator of Kibbutz Be'eri, reflects on her experience living in a temporary home after her community was devastated by a terrorist attack. She and her family have found a temporary new home in Kibbutz Hatzerim, where they are rebuilding their lives. Berzon Mackie has also continued her work as an artist and curator, finding solace in the art community and the process of creating. Despite the challenges and uncertainties, she remains hopeful and determined to find meaning and create a better future.
