The Cannes film festival will honor slain Gaza photojournalist Fatima Hassouna by screening a documentary about her work at the event next month. Hassouna was killed in an Israeli air strike last week along with 10 relatives. The film, titled 'Put Your Soul on Your Hand and Walk,' features conversations between the director and Hassouna as she documents the impact of Israel's war on Gaza. The festival expressed its horror and deep sorrow at the tragedy and stated that the screening of the film will be a way of honoring her memory.
