Hezbollah pagers that exploded were made in Hungary, Taiwanese company says

Hundreds of pagers that exploded in Lebanon and Syria were made by a Taiwanese company but manufactured by a company in Hungary, according to Gold Apollo, the Taiwanese firm. The explosions targeted members of the Hezbollah terror group and resulted in the deaths of at least 12 people and injuries to nearly 3,000. Gold Apollo stated that they had licensed their brand of pager to BAC Consulting KFT in Budapest, and that they were not involved in the production. The explosions occurred in areas where Hezbollah has a strong presence, and both Hezbollah and the Lebanese government blamed Israel for the attack.
