Day after pagers, now Hezbollah walkie-talkies detonate across Lebanon, many injured - Times of India

A day after a series of pager explosions rocked Lebanon, two additional blasts were heard in Beirut's southern suburbs on Wednesday. The communication devices that exploded on Wednesday were hand-held radios, also known as walkie-talkies, different from the pagers that detonated the previous day. The new wave of explosions has heightened concerns in the region, particularly in areas influenced by Hezbollah, the Iran-backed militant group, which has blamed Israel for the blasts.
