Twenty MKs have called on Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu to cancel a decision allowing 500 Palestinian security officials to join the IDF in counterterror operations in the West Bank and Jordan Valley. The MKs argue that the decision is based on the mistaken assumption that the PA is a moderating force and warn against the possibility of the Palestinian security officials turning their guns against Israeli troops. They urge the prime minister to change this dangerous conception and prevent the PA's people from acting alongside Israeli forces.
