Panitch praised the organization for their help in passing antisemitism legislation but expressed her disappointment in Trump's remarks. She and several other Democrats will be going out to dinner during Trump's speech. Former Ambassador to the United States Michael Oren emphasized the importance of hearing from all of America, not just Trump, that the US supports Israel in the face of Hezbollah. President Biden and Vice President Harris have declined the invitation to address the summit.
