Female entrepreneurship in Saudi Arabia was the focus of a panel discussion called 'Empower Me', hosted by the Atlantic Council Middle East Initiatives in Riyadh. The discussion highlighted the progress and challenges faced by pioneering female entrepreneurs in the country. Speakers included Amal Dokhan, Wafa Obaidat, and Afnan Ababtain, who shared their experiences and insights. The panel discussion was part of the Atlantic Council's Women Innovators Fellowship, which aims to enhance the business skills and networks of female Saudi entrepreneurs. The event was held in partnership with the American Chamber of Commerce, the US Embassy in Saudi Arabia, and PepsiCo.
