Avant-garde classicalists Ensemble Meitar will perform a special concert in Tel Aviv's Museum of Art on October 5 to commemorate the tragic events of October 7. The concert, titled Hope Dies Last, will feature interviews with survivors, video art work, spoken texts, and live music ranging from jazz to classical and world music. The concert aims to give survivors a platform to tell their stories in their own words. The recorded interviews will be embedded in a video art work that contrasts the beauty of the Kibbutz with the destruction caused by the tragic events. Ensemble Meitar will perform as a piano sextet, playing a variety of music genres to appeal to wider audiences.
