Emergency workers in Lebanon are struggling to cope with the influx of people fleeing their homes as Israeli airstrikes continue across the country. The capital, Beirut, was struck for the third time in five days, with the Israeli military claiming to have eliminated a key Hezbollah commander. Multiple airstrikes have been reported in the south and east of the country, prompting a large number of people to flee to the north. The UN refugee agency has confirmed that two of its workers were killed in the airstrikes. The Lebanese Ministry of Health has reported that nearly 600 people, including children and women, have been killed in the airstrikes.
